Our mission at  Human Collective is to provide a non  profit membership organization  for all Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) registry identification cardholders to have safe, professionally structured and  legally compliant access to  all aspects of the medical marijuana industry and its resources.

Human Collective fulfills the demand for structure to the legal Oregon medical marijuana industry. Utilizing our current state law ORS 475.300-475.346 & OAR 333.008, while under federal guidelines issued by the United States Attorney General's office on October 19, 2009 and incorporating the Oregon State Police (OSP) interpretations of OMMA, this  allows OMMP cardholder's the opportunity to create and implement positive, state legal compliance regulation of medical marijuana needs.

Human Collective provides:


  • The Reimbursement Program for persons responsible for a grow site
  • The MedExpress Accounts for members(patients) which provides OMMA compliant and safe access to medical marijuana in a professional environment
  • The Human Collective Patient Assistance Program for OMMP patients with low or no income
  • Assistance through the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program application process
  • Alternative strategies for the management of pain and debilitating conditions such as massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki, reflexology, herbal alternatives, et al guidance, support and educational activities that increase awareness in the evolving medical marijuana industry
  • Collaboration with community, regulatory agencies, law enforcement and alike in an effort to collectively meet the needs of Oregon DHS OMMP registered identification cardholders, designated primary caregivers and a person responsible for a grow site meetings, events, classes and workshops that strengthen the stability of the legal Oregon medical marijuana sector

Human Collective will:


  • Expand efforts into testing of medical marijuana for its THC potencies, THC concentration levels, beneficial properties, toxins and any other elements deemed necessary to report 
  • Be & remain open to opportunity of positive growth in any avenue within the legally compliant medical marijuana sector 
  • Maintain exceptional, legally safe and positive environments, programs and processes to the benefit of patients, caregivers, cultivators, community and state of Oregon at all times
