IF YOU ARE AN OMMP CARD HOLDER AND ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER, PLEASE READ ON:
- All personnel, Board of Directors, volunteers and staff of Human Collective·are active·OMMP cardholders maintaining strict compliance to·legal medical marijuana transfers from cardholder to cardholder·pursuant to ORS 475.300-475.346.
- A member shall never, under any circumstance, pay money or any other form of consideration, to a transfer person when physically receiving medical marijuana, no exceptions.

1) Regular Membership: $365 annually. Incremental payments are accepted with $65 down representing 1st & last month's membership dues, then $30 per month for the following 10 months until paid in full. 2) Patient Assistance Program (PAP)* Membership: Incremental payments are accepted with $32.50 down representing 1st & last month's membership dues, then $15 per month for the following 10 months until paid in full.
