Reimbursement Program  It may be economically challenging for an OMMP registry identification cardholder (Patient) or their designated primary caregiver or the person responsible for a grow site to pay for the costs of supplies and utilities associated with production of medical marijuana. Human Collective assists with this financial hardship by offering a state legal·reimbursement program in accordance to ORS 475.304(7). Reimbursements of the costs of supplies and utilities, and for no other purpose including the cost of labor, is completely voluntary and not required by law. All medicine produced belongs to the OMMP Registry Identification Cardholder (Patient), period. The medicine does not belong to the caregiver nor the person responsible for a grow site. In order to be eligible for the Reimbursement Program, the OMMP Registry Identification Cardholder (Patient) must be a member of Human Collective and must authorize the person responsible for their grow site to be eligible for the Reimbursement Program. There are many reasons why this program works which benefits not only the OMMP Patients but our community as a whole. Human Collective designed its programs to work with our laws, not against them. Our main program, MedExpress Account Option, provides immediate access to medical marijuana to those who have just become registered·with OMMP and are in the waiting period, for those who are having challenges accessing medicine in between grows, for those who have had crop failure and specifically for those who wish to stay within the state authorized OMMP network of cardholders for avoiding illegal markets and risky situations. We operate all aspects in strict accordance to ORS 475.300-475.346 & OAR 333.008.Human Collective offers memberships to Registry Identification Cardholder's (Patients). The member authorizes the person responsible for their grow site to submit excess medicine produced, this is medicine above the needs of the Patient, through the Human Collective Reimbursement Program. The members of Human Collective fund these voluntary reimbursements (as authorized by ORS 475.304(7))·by using their MedExpress Account. We simply track reimbursements based on production costs, excluding labor, and medicine is transferred for no consideration to our members through the MedExpress Account option.DISCLAIMER: We make no representation to the validity of this information.
